
Nourishing Winter Mini-Retreat
Come nourish yourself this winter’s day. A delightful half-day mini-retreat is the perfect way to fill your cup mid winter.
Join me in the beautiful Macedon Rangers in the town on Woodend for a day filled with gentle yoga, breathing, meditation, and mindfulness practices. Connect, reflect and enjoy a day of practice and healing.
Sunday 22nd of August 10 am – 3pm
- Arrive 9:45 am
- 10 am Morning Yoga and Meditation Practice
- 11:15 am Morning tea.
- 11:45 am Satsang – Topic: Nourishing the self through the seasons – Winter. Yoga & Ayurveda.
- 12:30 pm Lunch and an opportunity to walk, rest and connect.
- 1:30 pm Afternoon Gentle Yoga and Yoga Nidra Practice (guided relaxation).
- 2:45 pm Tea and Farewell
- 3 pm Finish
A light morning tea and a nourishing vegan soup will be provided for lunch.
